Hawk Sport accept payment via the following means:
- Credit or Debit Card via our secure Paypal connection
- Bank Transfer to our UK account
- Personal Cheque made out to 'Hawk Sport'
Please not that all international orders must pay via Paypal. We do not accept non UK bank issued cheques as a valid form of payment.
Hawk Sport uses Parcel Force and the Royal Mail to fulfil all domestic UK orders. This is a 48 hour service and packages will always need to be signed for. As the weight of each order varies, your Hawk Sport Account Manager will provide with a full shipping quote before your order is placed.
International orders are also dispatched through Parcel Force. The cost of each shipment is entirely dependant on the location of the delivery, but will be significantly more than domestic prices. Hawk sport are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling fees that your package may be subject to.
Hawk Sport are delighted to accept international orders from customers in Europe. All of our goods are priced in pounds sterling and it is up to you to make sure you pay the correct amount owed. As noted above, all non UK orders must be paid for via Paypal. Hawk sport are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling fees that your package may be subject to.
Hawk Sport strive to produce only the highest quality apparel that you will be proud to wear both on and off the field. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your garments, please return them unworn to Hawk Sport within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, Hawk Sport will not provide refunds or exchanges on items that do not fit correctly. If we have made a mistake with the sizing of your order then we will provide replacement items to meet your original specifications. We advise all of our clients to carefully check their measurements against our size guide before confirming their order.
