PRODUCT QUESTIONS

1. What uniform products do Hawk Sport sell?

Hawk Sport sells custom manufactured baseball jerseys, pants and caps. Hawk Sport is the only manufacturer of baseball uniforms in the UK and provides the best service of any company in Europe. We are also the only company to supply customised 'pro-style' baseball caps to companies in the UK. We firmly believe that all teams deserve to look great on the field, a philosophy that is reflected in the quality and value of our products

2. What brands do Hawk Sport sell?

Hawk Sport do not sell any branded goods. We manufacture all our own products and distribute them direct to the consumer. Our products have been researched and developed thoroughly to ensure that Hawk Sport branded goods are some of the best you've ever seen!

3. Why do Hawk Sport only use tackle twill lettering on jerseys?

Tackle twill is method of customising clothing. It involves the cutting the lettering out of a separate length of fabric (twill) and sewing this onto the jersey. If you look at the jerseys that the pros wear, you will notice that only the best baseball products feature tackle twill customisation. It is long lasting and looks great! Hawk Sport are proud to be the only UK based company that offers custom tackle twill decoration.

PRICING QUESTIONS

1. Why are Hawk Sport products so affordable?

The simple answer is because we believe they should be. Hawk Sport go by the philosophy that every team deserves to look great on the field, and as such we are not about piling the profits high. We have formed fantastic relationships with our textile suppliers and work tirelessly to ensure that we can always offer you the best price. We will never compromise on quality however, and occasionally our prices may vary in accordance with international price fluctuations.

2. Do Hawk Sport sell wholesale to dealers and agents?

Hawk Sport do not sell our products to dealers or agents. We only work direct with the client. This is because we believe in providing teams with the best value for money available and as such we do not wish to add further costs to the supply chain.

3. Do Hawk Sport offer volume discounts?

Yes. Hawk Sport are open to negotiate volume related discounts. Please discuss this with your account manager.

4. Do Hawk Sport sponsor or support teams?

Yes. Apart from being the official supplier of uniforms to the British University Baseball Association, Hawk Sport will consider requests for sponsorship/donations from other teams or leagues. Please contact us with your proposal and we will do our best to help out. Due to the volume of inquires we receive, Hawk Sport cannot always fulfil every request.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

1. What are Hawk Sport's turnaround times?

Hawk sport are commited to providing high quality service. We always aim to have your order manufactured and delivered within four weeks. Occasionally during the really busy periods it can take a bit longer, but never more than six weeks.

We are able to provide a rush order service if you require it. Please speak to your accont manager to discuss your needs.

2. Do Hawk Sport charge a fee for rush orders?

It all depends on the time of year and how busy we are. If we have to push other orders back in order to get yours through then a charge will be incured. Your account manager will notify you of any potential charges before your order is confirmed.
